Blue Wave Insurance Services, specifically, Christian Villa did an outstanding job of explaining health insurance to me so I could assist my brother in getting health insurance that would be accepted by Scripp's Hospital and doctors in Carlsbad, CA. Scripps is no longer accepting any Medicare Advantage Plan HMO and most Medicare Advantage Plan PPO. The only one they said they take is Humana Health Care Medicare Advantage Plan PPO, and even then you see the Scripps doctors as "out of network," but that's better than not being able to see your doctor at all. Christian explained everything very carefully, answered all of my questions, and was confident in his information. I'm a lawyer and so I know when someone is telling me the right thing. I felt very confident working with Christian. He really helped both me and my brother with our health insurance needs. Christian really knows what he is doing.
