Central States Indemnity was formed in 1977. The parent company of CSI, Central States Health and Life Co. of Omaha, has been around since 1932.

Plan G is an effective alternative to Plan F. You get all the features and benefits of Plan F, with the sole exception being that you have to pay the Medicare Part B deductible.

CSI Life Medicare Supplement Plan N
Under Plan N, you receive basic coverage, and the Medicare Part A deductible is covered. However, you will have to bear the Part B deductible cost and any excess charges under Part B.
Furthermore, you will also have a co-pay of up to $20 for each doctor’s visit and a maximum of $50 for emergency room visits (waived if admitted). Plan N can be a great option for folks who don’t see the doctor very often and are looking to save money on premiums.
